Although Albert Grayson had been treated as one of the ILP MPs since his election in 1907, he refused to sign the Labour Party constitution and the 1911 annual report of the National Administrative Council of the ILP states that as they received no application from the Colne Valley Socialist League to endorse Grayson's candidature at the General Election they took no further action. | |||||
